London & Berkshire Plus Level 3 Data Conversion Service 2010
Due to high demand in previous years we are continuing to offer our Data Conversion Service to all participating members in the Cost Sharing Agreement.
Registering for this service will mean that in order to receive your Value Added reports for Summer 2010 results you will only need to submit your Level 3 student and results data to either Alis or Alps using their data collection methods.
As part of this service, we will convert and forward your data in the format required by either organisation to ensure you receive both Value Added reports quickly. Registering is quick and easy using the following link.

LEARNING PLUS UK LEVEL 3 DATA CONVERSION PROCESS:
STEP ONE - REGISTRATION: Apply for this service at now by completing this online registration form.
STEP TWO - SUBMISSION (AUGUST - SEPTEMBER): Provider submits results data to either Alis or Alps using their data collection methods.
STEP THREE - CONVERSION (AUGUST - OCTOBER): We will convert and forward your data to Alis or Alps within 48 hours.
STEP FOUR - REPORT (AUGUST - OCTOBER) You should receive both Alis and Alps Value Added reports.

LEARNING PLUS UK LEVEL 2 DATA COLLECTION PROCESS:
STEP ONE - GENERATION (OCTOBER - NOVEMBER): Provider generates initial Level 2 data by extracting from your MIS or completing this spreadsheet.
STEP TWO - UPLOADING: Provider uploads the spreadsheet to our secure server.
STEP THREE - TARGETS: We will send target grades back to you based on your uploaded data.
STEP FOUR - RESULTS: Provider enters the students results into the spreadsheet and uploads to our secure server.
STEP FIVE - REPORT: We will send your complete Level 2 report back to you based on your uploaded data.
